NFA Wait Time / Form 3 & 4 Approval Timeframes
Please keep in mind that Forms are not returned in the order they are sent. These dates should be used as a guide and in many cases will not reflect your approval date or when it is returned to JB Tactical. JB Tactical will notify you as soon as we receive your approval from the ATF.
We are currently receiving approvals for forms submitted on the following dates:

* Electronic submission of Form 1s and 4s are not permitted by the ATF at this time.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders with multiple Form 4s that are submitted to the ATF at the same time may be assigned to different examiners and approvals may return to us a few weeks apart. We will notify you when each form is approved as well as when the entire order is ready for pick up.
- If your Form 4 was submitted on or around the date range listed above and you have not been notified of an approval, please be patient as each examiner works at a different pace. We will notify you as soon as we receive your approval.
- The dates above are the dates the forms were mailed to the ATF. These dates are not the “pending” dates.
