This covers the $200 NFA tax as well as collection of required fingerprints and photos on our in-house bio-metric equipment. We also will prepare and mail your form 4’s to the ATF on your behalf.
This transfer tax is required by the ATF for Form 4 transfers ONLY. If you are a Colorado resident, you will need to purchase one stamp per NFA item. JB Tactical will submit the payment on your behalf to the ATF with your transfer paperwork. All you will need to do is send JB Tactical your required documents and we will complete and mail the form 4 to the ATF for you. You will not need to come to JB Tactical in person until the ATF has approved your form 4 and it is time to pick up your item. If you are purchasing multiple items on the same order please contact us for a discount on the additional transfers as well as a discounted fingerprint fee for additional trustees.
